The house is central and ideally located on the fringe of Albert Park / Sth Melbourne. You will have the best of all three suburbs within walking distance.

The residence, a typical Victorian home layout, was renovated a few years ago by the landlord specifically to be a rental.

My favorite space is the large, north-facing, fully-fenced backyard. It has a lush garden complete with an outdoor table, sun chairs and BBQ - it's a spot to relax, have breakfast, and enjoy on nice days.

Public transport is easy and convenient - there is ample free all-day street parking right outside.

A self confessed Nanna during the week - I find joy and balance in early morning walks, regular gym sessions, intelligent conversations, audiobooks/podcasts, nature adventures, chill time, and of course, my dog Benson.

I'm a HR/Change Consultant. I prefer working from home when possible, with my desk neatly setup in the corner of the kitchen's decently sized dining area. However, I do go to the office a few days per week, and travel sometimes.

Each night, I take pleasure in refreshing the house so that you can come home to enjoy a tidy space. As I own a dog, i don't mind being in charge of vacuuming.

I’ll often head to gym after work, and watch a show/read in my room at night before bed, giving you the lounge area most evenings.

Benson is 12 years old, super chill & obedient. He is a bit older now, his arthritic legs don't take him far anymore.

Benson does not get on furniture, he has his own bed which is his fave space to chill.
