Hello! We’re on the hunt for a new housemate for our lovely shared apartment since one of our housemates is moving out to live with partner 💗 The building is a 5-min walk away from the Royal Botanical Gardens/Shrine of Remembrance and just a 10-min tram into the CBD (great location!)
Sunny, north-facing, open plan with a balcony ☀️ The kitchen has plenty of pantry space and there is a European laundry in the main bathroom (which you will be sharing with one other person). You'll also have access to the complex's gym, pool, tennis court and an outdoor courtyard (all included). We also have 2 parking spaces available (included in rent)
