Unique situation…house share, yet have your own space. Completely self contained 2 bedroom apartment, attached to the larger home. FULLY FURNISHED with fully equipped kitchen. I live upstairs - separately. An unused/LOCKED door separates the two dwellings). You will have complete privacy.

I am looking for a quiet, considerate person to rent the bottom part of my home. While we would live separately, (and I expect mutual respect for each other’s space and privacy) I do like the idea of having someone to catch up with for a chat, drink, cuppa from time to time! 😊 I’m looking for the right person to live harmoniously with.

Your space consists of 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom and laundry/wet area.

There is a secure car space, however it is not under cover.

The place is fully furnished, and kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, bed linen all supplied. Bills, wifi, Netflix, Stan are also included in the rent. Literally move in with just the clothes in your back!

While I live upstairs, I do make every effort to keep noise to a minimum, and I do ask for the same from you in return. While there is a second bedroom, I do not allow additional guests (although negotiable in some short term circumstances…just chat to me).

One bed could be removed, if you preferred to use the second bedroom as a store room, office or home gym maybe?
