This beautiful fully furnished granny flat with a brand new luxurious bathroom and custom built full size kitchen is an opportunity that you will not want to miss.
It's completely separated from the main house totally independent living. You have a separate driveway with an remote controlled gate, separate entrance to the granny flat.
There is one bedroom, one bathroom, one living and kitchen plus a small deck at the entrance.
The granny flat comes fully furnished.
There is a pool in the main yard and a decent sized yard and gardens. I am happy for you to potter around the yard and garden if you like, or to grow vegetables (without the beagles being able to help themselves)
I will be maintaining all the lawns, garden and pool

Great location, only 3 minute walk to bus stop and 10 minute drive to train station. Local parks, skate park and dog parks only a 10 minute walk. Hyperdome shopping centre is located 7 minute drive.
Local IGA, bakery and some takeaway shops only 5 minute walk. Only 3 minute drive to Logan motorway or Pacific Highway north or south.

This is a fully furnished granny flat. Rent includes furniture (no bedding or towels), electricity, water and internet, use of the washing machine/dryer, clothesline, pool, garden and yard, own driveway with remote access ($100 holding fee for the remote)
Bond is 4 weeks rent + 2 weeks rent in advance.

There are a few things I love, my dogs, my home.
My dogs are my entire world, I love spending as much time with them as possible. They are my fur babies and are very spoiled 😊 and I am ok with that!
My home is my sanctuary, my quiet and safe place. I love everything about my home and I enjoy being at home, there is always something I can be doing to improve my home but the reality is, some days I just sit and chill out.
I like to keep a clean and tidy house and yard.
Someone that doesn’t have a lot of “stuff” as there is very little room to store anything.
Someone that must love dogs. I have very specific reasons for why the rent is at the amount it is and unfortunately the amount of rent is not negotiable. I will however compromise on others things if needed to find the most suitable person.
If your the right fit for my house, I am happy to extend the rental term if required.
Both of my dogs have had multiple homes prior to coming here to their forever home. They are super spoiled so they never remember their past lives.!
They are both inside dogs except when I am working or head out, they reluctantly become outside dogs!
They do bark a little, especially in the morning usually when other dogs pass the house, however, I try to keep the barking at a minimum.
I have been working with a dog behaviourist for over 12 months and they both have definitely improved but still have their moments (as we all do 😊)
I am happy to provide a complimentary set of ear plugs if the beagle choir is too loud! 😊
Both dogs are friendly but would take your food in an instant given any opportunity, they are beagles after all! (There are a lot of high tables and chairs for this reason 😊)
My dogs are walked daily and I try to run around the yard with them most days.
