We live in a quiet neighbourhood and are looking for someone who seeks this lifestyle.
The tenant will need to enjoy nature as the Cottage backs onto a nature reserve with ponds and various wildlife. The owners have chickens (no roosters).
Free Internet and water is included in the rent. There is a separate electricity sub meter and the tenant will need to pay their personal use monthly.
The tenant will also have personal access to the pool between 7am and 6pm.
The Granny Flat is available for a single person only.
