Available time: after one week when we transfer contract successfully.

I am helping my cousin to lease her studio in South Brisbane which is a student accommodation. She is full time student and studying in CBD. She is willing to break lease to live her family and the contract is ending next year July. You don’t have to worry keep finding a place for living, it is very exhausting.

This location is perfect for students. Good transport and close to Uni and colleges. She feels safe and supported in this community.
