Home Description
Description of the home
Teeny granny flat off our garage available to rent. Has all bills included and also has a door onto our backyard (shared with us and our two dogs) shower over bath, heater, we have a full fridge in garage and dryer tenant can use. We are also installing a stove/oven. Would suit someone who only needs a small place to sleep. Private and peaceful.
We are a family of four, 2 young sons, a cat and dog. This is a self contained unit off our garage so not connected to the house. It would be private and minimal interaction with us if desired unless you make use of the backyard. We have a Labrador and Golden Retriever too.
