Brand-new Studio 2km from beach and town. Studio includes bedroom area, desk and dining area, robe, kitchenette and ensuite. Located in a quiet and peaceful pocket of Torquay, this private and clean space would suit someone looking for a coastal base who don’t want the hassle of a share house.

The Studio contains an open space bedroom, desk area, dining space, small robe, kitchenette and ensuite. The kitchenette does not have an oven or cooktop, we recommend using a microwave and electrical frypan. Laundry would need to be done at the local laundromat. The room has air conditioning, heating and a fan.

Strictly no smoking, no drugs, no pets, no extra people occupying.

If you’re looking for a social situation with housemates, this may not be for you. If you’re looking for a safe, quiet and private room to yourself, as a base while you work/are out and about, or study, in a friendly neighbourhood then this might be for you. Also a great option from transitioning out of home.

Although we won’t be bothering you, we do have a dog and children, so there may be noise from the backyard from time to time. There is a car park available which is not undercover. Or street parking. There are bus stops close by also.

Option for furnished (queen bed, bedside tables, desk, dining, fridge, microwave, basic kitchen items) or unfurnished space.
