Shared backyard & pool area. Quiet street with on street parking. Walking distance to bus stops but hilly area in surrounding streets. Access to granny flat is via steps so mobility issues would not be suitable.

We are a traditional family of 2 adults & 2 teens in main home plus a friendly dog. We have a brand new granny flat in our backyard available for rent. Looking for non-smoker/s, non vapers, respectful, tidy, friendly & quiet tenant. Non-party house. Owners & dog will also utilise backyard & pool area.
