- front facing ocean & city views (sunrise & sunset views) on the 19th floor of the Beachcomber building

- Woolworths across the road (as well as another Woolworths and a Coles about 5 mins walk)
- tram and buses 2 min walk
- Shops and restaurants on the street and across the road
- Bars and clubs 2 minutes walk including the famous Cavil Avenue
- Surfing lessons company downstairs

Rooms in the Beachcomber are over $200 per night. I'm renting it for a cheap monthly rate.
Payment is needed up front and personal details, such as license and credit card details are needed to secure the booking, as these will be given to the real estate.
