The unit is unfurnished but comes with small fridge and new washing machine.( washing machine in pics has been replaced by a new one)Much storage space in the internal garage.
Rent is $360/week for a single ..$380/week for a couple(inclusive of water electricity and internet) 2 weeks bond and rent to be paid in advance...bond lodgement form and RTA ( rental agreement)to be signed.
Owner is looking for tenant for a 1 yr lease agreement...

I i pretty much keep to myself and lead a quiet life.. looking for a similar type tenant for the granny flat downstairs...My 2 dogs are an important part of my life and at times a little noisy....I am happy for a tenant to have a small pet as long as it is compatible with my dogs.. there is a huge fully fenced backed yard with which dogs can play....
Please no smoking inside the unit but outside is fine...must be able to pay your rent ..i will consider all applicants
