Nice sized apartment under house with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Massive rumpus room and lounge room are free to use and only nominally shared(I have books and a DVD library in these spaces that I rarely may need to access) and may need to access the tool room off lounge on occasion. These will all be at times when you are out and they do not require access to your personal space. Huge garden with your own massive private court yard and a shared top deck we seldom use.

Very chilled down to earth people who are looking for someone with the same vibe. Don't drink, drug or party and looking for the same.

Hi we are Mark and Jess, a chilled out active couple who moved to Tassie a year and a half ago. We love what Launceston has to offer and spend a lot of our time enjoying what nature has to offer be it hiking, swimming in the river or biking. We love our space and enjoy being able to live in such a beautiful part of the world. We would like any tenant to have their own life and space while being on friendly enough terms to have a cup of tea and a chat when the time suits. Not into drama whatsoever. We have 2 cats, so a cat person is probably preferable as they one can be rather insistent(in a cute way) on getting to know you. That said if you chase them away they won't come into your space. All we ask is that you are kind to them as they are our pets.

Ruby, a lovely cat who is also insistent on getting attention. She will try to twist you around her paw but also listens if you don't want her in a space.
Princess, is quiet and old but loves a scratch when she knows you better. Both house trained and lovely natured. As stated previously all wr ask is that you are kind to them and watch put for them when coming in and out of the drive.
