I've got a lovely one-bedroom flat available for sublet whilst I take some extended leave for travel.
It's quite a roomy one-bedroom place in a block of nine units (one flight of stairs up). It's quiet and has lovely neighbours. Will be fully furnished and I can either leave the practical stuff as is or remove things like kitchen stuff if you prefer.
The loungeroom is great - big windows, light-filled, comfy couch!
It's a bit older style but very workable - gas oven, small sink, no dishwasher, shower over bath.
It's an amazing location, right next to Princes Park, Lygon Street and Sydney Road trams, Barkley Square etc. Some bike parking and also off-street parking.
Would suit someone/couple who enjoy a restful home - no big party people, sorry.
A large table in the loungeroom is workable as a desk if you are working from home.
This is a sublet whilst I am away on break. The real estate agent/landlord needs to approve whoever applies to sublet my place so please only get in touch if you are happy to be above board on these things. I am flexible with the length of stay but would prioritise someone looking to stay for 3 months or longer (up to 5 months).
