Gorgeous self contained bungalow behind 2 person share house in Brunswick East! Unfurnished except for built in bed + shelves. Electric over/stove present but no other white goods (room for fridge/dishwasher). You would have access to laundry in the main house for washing machine/dryer (do not have to enter house to access). 2 mins from the 96 tram stop and 2 blocks from CERES and Merri Creek! Beautiful yard that is shared between us.
Share house occupied by early 30s professionals. Love a wine in the garden and super friendly but generally quiet during the week. Bills split equally between all residents but can potentially install a separate meter for the bungalow if you feel strongly.
