Self contained studio style bungalow available in Frankston south.

The studio includes a split system aircon, good size ensuite with its own washing machine, oven/stove top, fridge and private patio area. Surrounded by a beautiful garden lots of fruit trees, vegetables and plants.

Our household is an environmentally friendly house, always good food, good laughs and love with respect for each person.
There are 3 other housemates who live in the house area, we all happily socialise and show respect for our own time and personal life. This includes contributing to a peaceful space in which we all call home.

We are opening our door to someone who has a good heart, integrity, down to earth and mature to make this little place their home.
Unfortunately there are limitations to particular fur babies such as no dogs or cats although we can consider any other little guys if need be.

Located in an ideal area, in a beautiful quiet little court with only a 20 minute walk to the foreshore of Frankston, 3 minutes to the nearest strip of shops and very close to Monash uni, Frankston hospital, botanical gardens and nature reserves nearby.

Rent is $330pw plus electricity which is shared equally between all the house mates each month.

Bond will be 4 weeks rent in advance before you move in.
