Right opposite Victoria market, wws and Yachao are 200 meters away from the apartment. It is 300 meters away from the flagstaff railway station and tram stop, which is very convenient for daily life.

The total area of the premium studio room is more than 30 square meters (the disabled version of the room is nearly half larger than the standard room on the official website of the apartment). The windows on both sides of the room are lit, and you can dry clothes in the room. A washing machine can be placed in the toilet. There is a desk, a dining table and two chairs in the room. The bed is double size, with an apple TV, a microwave oven, a bread machine, a kettle and two lamps. The room provides cleaning tools, mops, vacuum cleaners and brushes.

Breakfast and coffee are provided on weekdays in the apartment, and special breakfast is provided every Tuesday and Thursday, usually noodles, porridge, pasta and so on.
