- Other occupants onsite (totally separate accommodation) are working Mum and teenage daughter. We are friendly and quiet and will respect your privacy.
- Visitors OK – extra charges incurred for visitors who stay more than 2 x nights
- Show proof of identification / valid Visa
- Evidence of financial capacity & $600 bond (will be returned when you leave)
- Must pay in full every week
- 3 month minimum stay
- No pets
- No children
