SELF-CONTAINED 1 Bedroom UNIT with living room. This is a split-level house. I am renting out the spacious ground floor, with a lovely green lush aspect. It has be furnished or unfurnished, self-contained large bedroom (en-suite) and living room (small kitchenette and balcony). Shared laundry with existing washing machine.

The tenant will have access to their own self-contained space - bedroom, living room, balcony, little storage. The driveway and the laundry is shared. Parking is free off the street. The rest of the house and the back garden is not for the shared use.

The house is 7min walk from public transport and 10min away from all amenities in Avalon Village.

About the occupants
I am Marina, a professional single mum who works 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home, with a 50% shared custody of my 10 year old son (one week with me, one week not with me). We live a quiet and healthy lifestyle with lots of outdoor activities.

The house is a sanctuary for us where we come to relax, rest, enjoy nature, play, be creative, practise yoga/ meditation, etc. The house is 7min drive from the beach and is surrounded by beautiful lush trees and birdlife.

I am looking for a respectful and professional female or male who works at least half of the time outside of home, leads a relatively quite lifestyle, enjoys nature and appreciates the beautiful surroundings of Avalon.
