Newly constructed home. We have a self contained North Facing bedroom available with private ensuite and private external access. Have installed work space bench with kettle, microwave and toaster, hot plate BBQ, all for private cooking. Washing Machine for private use. Reverse cycled split AC. Entry monitored by security cameras. Will be available from 27th July 2020. Includes all utilities, Foxtel 90+ channels with smart TV, NBN with WIFI
We are married for the past 32 years and both work full time. We have traveled the world and enjoy traveling
Must be able to maintain a clean room, no parties and loud music. Must be respectful the neighbors around the others in the home. Must dispose of any garbage and recycled material in the appropriate bins
We have a Labrador retriever but will not have access to the rented area what so ever.
