Matt 35, Georgie 33 with children Annabelle and Grace. We are a very easy going family. Peter is a great cat.
The studio is fully self contained with its own private access, kitchen, toilet, shower, laundry and living space. The space is also particially furnished if you wish to use any of these items; such as a washing machine, fridge... BYO mattress.
There is also plenty of under house storage if you need to store anything long term.
The space is available in the next month (oct).
All bills & internet included in the rent.

- Photocopy of drivers licence or passport
- Rent paid weekly in advance
- Work from home maximum 1day/week
- 2weeks notice before end of stay
- End of lease clean $250
- No bar or blow heaters; oil heat allowed
- Studio is freshly painted and professionally cleanned.
