Hi! Im looking for a female subletter for my cozy studio during holiday! It’s located in a very convinient area, with just few walks to grocery shopping, school and gym.
No drugs/alcohol/party is allowed, there are other studio rooms are in the building, but you’ll barely see each other since it’s a studio apartment.
Bond is 2weeks bond which is $900, this is just in case something might break or for incidents like that!
Rent is much cheaper than what im paying because it’s a short term stay, please be considerate of using my stuffs💖 thanks!
