We have a private granny flat available for rent in our 3 bedroom sunlit Paddington terrace. The house has 3 bathrooms, laundry with washer/dryer and air-conditioning. Our kitchen features a dishwasher, fully integrated fridges and induction cooking. 2 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the top level of the house, which are used as our bedroom and office. There is one communal bathroom by the kitchen and laundry with a jet spa bathtub and shower.

Your room will be the private granny flat for rent out the back of the house, separated from the main house by a leafy courtyard, with it's own bathroom and small built-in/walk in robe.

The house is light, spacious and airy, with abundant natural light all throughout the day and greenery. The house also features a large shared kitchen, dining space, 2 large lounge spaces, one of which opens up to the back courtyard, and the other to a large sunny balcony complete with outdoor dining table on the 1st floor.
