This is a short-term renting studio for a single person from exactly 20/12 until 31/12. Offered by $1200 for the entire period for a single person. For a couple it is $2000. Paid full upfront. Also, 2 weeks rent for bond which I will give back at the time you leave the property and if there is no damage to the property or heavy cleaning required.
Checkin time from 10am to 3pm on the 20/12.
Checkout time at 10am on the 31/12.
