I am looking to sublet my beautifully furnished 1 bedroom apartment in Rose Bay/North Bondi. It will be for up to 8weeks commencing on the 14th of August 2024 until the end of September 2024 with potential extension by a few weeks (tbc)
The apartment is within a small unit block, and it is modern and bright with a large open plan kitchen/lounge room. The bedroom has a luxury queen sized bed with a large inbuilt mirrored wardrobe. The bathroom has a delightful rain shower-head and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

There is a lovely outlook over rooftops and trees and lots of sunlight is enjoyed in the apartment in the morning. The walk to Bondi Beach takes about 20mins and a bus ride up to Bondi Junction is 16mins. The Rose Bay ferry is less than 2km away.

Rent is $850 for single occupancy, and $950 for a couple. This includes bills such as electricity and wifi. A security bond of 2 weeks rent is required, which will be returned when you leave.

Off-street parking available upon request, otherwise on street parking is easy to find and free.

I’m looking for someone who is trustworthy, clean and respectful, who will treat the place as if it was their own. I will move out most of my personal items so you can unpack, settle in and make it your temporary home. Note: I will choose a tenant who is happy to water the plants when they are thirsty, I am very fond of them.
