I am offering a Granny Flat with one large bedroom queen size bed Granny Flat is fully furnished , bathroom has towels and toilet shower also bakers stand with towels , bedroom has all linen on bed fresh and clean i wash all cloths etc you just bring up to me , will wash everything you can help hang out and bring in and fold for yourself .
Kitchen is fully stocked with all cutlery dinner ware pots and cooking utensils small stove , microwave. Large modern fridge with plenty of freezer room also large double wardrobes in outer room with kitchen table and chairs . Lounge room two seater lounge tv unit coffee table large double sliding doors with by fold curtains for privacy . Rent is $360.00 per week two weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance to move in . All rent transferred to bank account fortnightly.
