I'm heading home stateside for the holidays and looking to sublet my 1BR/Studio for the month I'm away. I’m just off Prince Alfred Park in Surry Hills, steps to Central Station.

The apartment is available Nov 21 - Dec 21.

It's a 5 minute walk to Central Station and just across the street from Prince Alfred Park. There's a nice view of the park and excellent sunlight during the day. It's a great spot if you're wanting to be in the middle of everything, steps to Surry Hills, Redfern and lots of public transport getting you anywhere else.

It's a secure elevator building, with fob access. I'd need a deposit in exchange for the fob and keys, which I'd give back when I get them back.

All utilities, including wifi, electricity and gas, are covered in the listed rent.

I'm looking for someone chill to mind the place—and my plants!—for the weeks I'm away. No smoking, pets or partying, please.
