One-bedroom apartment in the City close to Town Hall and Chinatown. It's a Shared room, but only one person is in the apartment with you. Large living room, kitchen, bathroom with laundry facilities, and a small balcony. It is a quiet and clean place. Well-suited for a uni student or someone working in the city
Preferred a male housemate, 18-30s, ( Sorry for the preferences but Im flexible )
It may be possible to have two guys, but we need to discuss how to arrange the place for three people and the cost.
Rent with bills can be decided after inspection. Make your best offer! only a one-week bond. available to start for a short term and then decide on longer if needed. There are more things to discuss after the inspection if we choose to share
