Description of the home
A bit about the space. It is a seperate barn on our property, with private access and car parking. It is a large space upstairs with a bedroom space, wardrobe, living area and kitchen. Downstairs is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The staircase is a spiral staircase.
It is a very quiet property, overlooking south creek with a large deck right outside your front door.
There is no laundry, however our main house has a laundry easily accessible from the side of the house which can be used via communication, otherwise there are plenty of laundromats in the area.
We are a young family, who enjoy our area, peace and quiet, with the large property is it easy to have your own privacy too, we are friendly and love a chat as well.
The space is available from late January, and available to see from 22 January.
Rent would be between 400-500 depending on single or couple. Negotiable.
