G’day, it’s Chris (M40’s) Chief Engineer employed full-time in the CBD. Interests include, but not limited to; sports, traveling, health, investing, gym, and weekends' outdoorsy stuff.

Usually, not at home due to work and social-life commitments. But when I am home, I am up for a chat, lunch, dinner, coffee or simply keeping to myself, if that’s you’re kinda thing. More recently, I’m enjoying clean, healthy and wholesome cooking, but I’m certainly no Curtis Stone in the kitchen.

Recreation wise - I don't drink, smoke, vape, or engage in any drugs (recreational or prescription) whatsoever. My party days are well-and-truly over, but I’m amenable to social dinners or Just hang’n out at my fav cafes.

Behaviour wise - Easy-going, down to earth, responsible, clean, and accommodating person, who puts people at ease and makes them feel welcoming around me.

Personality wise - Relaxed, easygoing, polite, understanding, and respectful. Gets along with people from all age groups. Compatible with kids and elders as much as I can be with young and mature adults. Raised in a family-oriented environment, so I'm highly compatible with likeminded people. To top it off, when it comes to relationship management, and sharing house-holding responsibilities, I know how to pull my own weight.

Accommodation wise - Lived with singles, shared places with females, males, couples, and kids. When it comes to shared accommodation, I am flexible, understanding, super clean, and respectful. Certainly don't whinge or create drama over the small things.

Finance wise - Very well capitalised. Never one to miss rent or other non-inclusive payments.
