Tamika

Hey there, my name is Tamika and I am 21 years of age. I am currently seeking work whilst receiving the unemployment benefit, I am constantly seeking work and have just been struggling, I have high hopes and good faith I will be part time or full time employed. I am a very productive person and have disliked being unemployed. I keep busy and like to clean so I can ensure a tidy space will always be kept. I am a promoter for project hardstyle in Adelaide where I attend our monthly events, this is a big passion of mine and sometimes I travel to Sydney for events by HSU. I am a considerate, open minded, respectful, caring, bubbly 4’9 human being that just wants to live life to its fullest making memories and friends along the way, i am easy going and approachable making me a good friend and housemate. I absolutely love animals and hope one day to have a rescue ranch, I have a cat named Chanel and a rabbit named Olaf myself, Chanel is very tamed and comes at the call of her name, she has a huge personality and loves her cuddles, I am more than happy to work out an outdoor cat run if she is preferred to not be inside and I can combine this with Olafs cage as they’ve grown up together and are very close, they will chase one another and play it’s adorable, will just need to ensure a backyard that is big enough to keep a run for them. I also do embroidery where I can design and make my own clothing, I one day want to start a business with this skill set once I am financially in the position to do so. I hope to do this by the end of 2025 start of 2026.

My rental history: besides living with my parents I moved out in 2020 for 2 years in with my now ex partner and his father in Willunga, I paid rent of $200 a fortnight which covered bills too, I then bought my own food etc. Once that came to an end, I moved in with my grandma for about 2 years, and have now moved back to my parents as my nana has started a new job and the lease for the house ends soon so she will be moving. Whilst at my nanas I paid rent where I could for the first year and a half until not having employment as she was helping me out, I also helped out with the shopping when I could afford it, I ensured the house was always clean and there was dinner made when she came home, as well as washing clean and folded, I always do my best to put in where I can and as much as I can. I am very open to speaking in person, catching up for a coffee and talk about the possibilities of becoming housemates.
