Michael, 34, self employed renovating a home that my mother and I bought together over that past 3 years, has recently sold and the settlement is tomorrow (the 24th), I figured I'll find accommodation and then figure out what I'm going to do for work. I'm able to pay all of my rent upfront if that helps to allay any concern regarding payment of rent or anything like that.
I have a cat (7 years, female, desexed, microchipped, vacced, timid but friendly, might take a while to venture beyond where ever I am.)
I'm a quiet guy who keeps to himself 90% of the time however I'm not at all antisocial or reclusive; just a bit of an introvert. I am high in agreeableness; so I dislike upsetting others or making them uncomfortable in any way and I try to minimise conflict as much as I am able.
I'm also a fairly handy person to have around the house if anything needs fixing, I'm good with cars, computers, electronics and.. dirt (landscaping, tree removal, that sort of thing.)
