My name is Jaimmy and I am a single female aged 24.

I completed my Bachelors degree with Honours at the university of Adelaide in 2023 and have been employed full time ever since as an Events Manager for the iconic Adelaide venue, Jolleys Boathouse. I also have my own events company that organizes and coordinates anything from weddings to corporate functions. I have been living in a luxury apartment in Wakefield street, Adelaide 5000. However, my landlord is retiring and moving to Thailand which has forced me to look for a new home. I have been taking care of my Landlord's beautiful apartment for the past 3 years and he will recommend me to anyone!

I do not mind living with multiple housemates but I do value peace and quiet while I am home as I am mostly at work and travel for work. I am extremely flexible in all aspects but hope to move in by the end of March/ first week of April.
