Currently been living in a motel for the last 4 weeks plus in Ballarat due to no where else that is cheaper that $890 per week and while I’m in a semi retirement age of 60 years,, I also have been living off a settlement from early January while I had a court case go on in the USA which is now on the verge of finishing but with bills to pay a legal team plus living in a motel in central Ballarat is not exactly a life because obviously my money will run out eventually and so I’ve only just switched to a new iPhone where my last profile on here didn’t get any hits as I was back in North Queensland looking after the family estate until it was sold last month and now I’m back here to get fit live right and healthy while I once was a full time fruiterer up to 2015 where I took on the role as a carer for my mother and since then up until March 2024 we lost her and then life had to start again but it’s been the adjusting and knowing that you don’t have those once were here anymore and so other than I’m unfit and wish to join a gym locally and set a goal to get fit while I am into listening to a lot of music which helps us unwind and so I can’t tell you how long I need a place to stay at and pay rent but I can tell you that this year I’m due to leave Australia at some point to go live in America as I will be getting married this year to my partner who is out of Florida USA.. I like the odd drink from time to time and depending on the company then a little music turned up but most of the time I keep to myself and can be quite…. I am a very organised person when it comes to my room and like to keep clean and tidy while I often leave the toilet seat down and closed for the opposite sex to come in and use and so yes I am a gentleman and I lke those values and so if you like me so far I’m sure we all can become good friends but just for anyone who wants to understand this last bit “ I am not referring to friends with benefits “ as I did not come from that type of upbringing even though I’m no guy who has his head in the sand and so I’m a very explanatory man because often we can find ourselves in situations trying to explain this that and everything in between that we did not mean it to be like this miss or mam and so I am just making myself very clear that if a young lady was tk allow me to help pay the rent then there will be no nonsense from my end as I am a faithful partner and have always walked like this and so thank you to all who read my profile 👍

I don’t mind sharing food but just as long as you don’t allow your friends who live outside the house etc to come freely eat of our food but simply telling me that this might happen from time to time would be best to cover yourself as we both know the price of food now days compared to when Covid was here and furniture no I don’t have any but I have enough in my bank account to just go and buy a new bed and maybe a tall boy and a coffee table for my tv 📺 as I have my own Xbox one which I play from time to time

No pets at all but I do like dogs cats 🐈‍⬛ but snakes and lizards frogs that’s sought of pet no no
