Hi, I'm James, 39, of Christian-Faith. Looking for someone to share a 2/3 bedroom house/apartment with. I'm a reasonably clean and tidy person (not messy, but also not perfect). I do spend a lot of time at home, but I am in and out throughout the day and have a break for a few days every couple of months to go camping.
I'm not working currently. I'm a fairly introverted sort of person and enjoy a quiet, calm home environment. I generally avoid any partying or too much socialising. I'm a very responsible and trustworthy person that always pays bills on time. I like to keep organised and tidy, but I'm not too fussy. I don't drink or do drugs. I have absolutely zero tolerance for anyone doing or bringing drugs into the house I'm living in. I don't mind living with someone who drinks occasionally.
I'm currently looking at places within a few kilometres of the train line, that are affordable (around $460/week or less, so $230/week EACH). I would prefer something with storage space in a garage or shed for items like my bicycle and electric scooter.
I enjoy riding my scooter, going for a walk, exploring new places, camping, studying the Holy Bible.
I'm looking for another Genuine and mature-minded person to share a place with, both of us signing the lease for the property.
