A Southern state defector, just quitted a job in the insurance industry and made an erratic decision to move to the Sunny state to escape the erratic weather patterns.
Unfortunately, my current weakness is not knowing how to cohabit harmoniously with the snakes; so a snake-free home or at least home that proactively taking steps to deter snake from entering the home would be a BONUS.
Just arrived Brissie on the first week of September and just started to look for a job in the same industry I was working in.
For the past 5 years, I have been working for companies with hybrid work arrangements and is looking for position with such arrangements. During work from home day, I will just be working in my room with occasional use of communal area to grab drinks & foods. Housemate(s) that is(are) WFH opponent may not be compatible with me.
Recently started to go to the gym (GoodLife), a housemate that is also my gym buddy would be a bonus.
Currently also building a online lead generation business on the side.

I personally enjoy living with housemate(s) that have their own life and respectful of personal space. This doesn't mean a casual chat every now and then would hurt 🥰. I essentially don't care if my housemate(s) is(are) introverted or extroverted or in between or is(are) OF creator(s).
