I am a single mother of a 3 year old who is looking for another single mother/similar, with one or two kids or no kids, to rent with. I work full time Mon-Fri and have a fantastic rental history, never paying my rent late and always getting my whole bond back at the end of tenancies. I am looking to share a rental with someone who is the same. I am happy to apply for new rental together or share established home/rental. No indoor smokers please. I am interested in renting a large house with enough bedrooms to have one each. I would love air con, ceiling fans, separate living areas and bathrooms if possible but would be happy sharing kitchen and laundry if practical. I have furniture and appliances available.
My ideal flat mate would be responsible, considerate, a great parent to their child/children if they have them, tidy and appreciate a relatively quiet and private home at night.
