I’m ready to move now. My budget is $350/week max, for my own space, inclusive of all bills and internet [$400 max if dogs are welcome]. Furnished is preferable. A cosy self-contained granny flat/ studio/apartment would suffice. Alternatively, in share accomodation my budget is $250/week max, inclusive of everything as well. And a one-year lease minimum is ideal.
