Hey there my name is James - I’m a 25 year old full time student who also works part time so I am barely home, but if I am it’s either for cooking a nice meal after the gym or catching up on sleep. Weekends for me is all about enjoying down time, socialising and watching the footy.
Biggest box I need ticking would be the proximity of the house being relatively close to shops, restaurants, bars and stations as I don’t own a car. Ideally coorparoo and surround suburbs but as far south as Holland park or as far north as kangaroo point.
I get along with most types of people but if your standard of living isn’t clean then don’t bother. Cleanliness, tidiness and respect is a massive deal for me also just being good people, enjoying a good time and being up for a chat here and there is a must.
