My name is Sarah and I am a psychology student at QUT.
I'm in search of a share house with private fully-furnished bedroom in the Kelvin Grove area (first preference) However I am open too: Newmarket, Ashgrove, Windsor, Paddington, Fortitude Valley, South bank (zone 1 by bus)
I’m a Muslim, so I prefer female flatmate/female occupant and I love cats (thinking about adopting one in the future but not sure yet) and so I don’t mind if you owned a cat/s.
Looking to move in some time at the early July 2024. It will be me and my parents, I will be staying long term for 6+ months, and my parents were just accompanying me for 2 weeks.
Price range is max $280 per week including all bills (electricity, gas, water, internet) or at least an average of what you would spend living in that space per week, and no bond required.
