My name is Allan, I'm a 27yr old transgender male looking for accommodation, preferably a studio or other small space that can be just my own as I have social anxiety that prevents me from feeling comfortable/safe living with others- although if it comes to it, I can adjust my preferences.

I'm self employed, doing online adult entertainment work. My income is flexible because it depends on how much work I choose to do. I prefer to pay around $320 in weekly rent but can pay preferably no more than $700.

I'm relatively quiet, although I can easily hold a conversation and I'm sure to leave you with a smile. My place is always organised-mess on the bench tops, but it is never untidy or dirty, as hygeine is incredibly important to me.

I'm currently writing a book that includes poetry, photography and my artworks and I'm planning to have it available for purchase around March 2025. I spend my free time working on my book, or doing other creative outlets such as playing piano.

Unfortunately my current lanlord made an amendment to my lease and put the end date as barely two months away. He is making it clear that the serviced apartments I'm in do not extend anyone's lease as this is supposed to be a temporary accommodation for domestic violence victims such as myself. It's vital for my ongoing recovery from DV that I have stable housing so I can continue to live a content, creative life that I'm slowly finding again.

I have no pets, I do not smoke but I do vape outside only.

Food sharing can be discussed, I don't mind helping out if you're low on food or funds. Furniture isn't an issue to be shares unless it's something super personal to me, such as a vintage pure-gold chaise lounge with duck feathers and velvet cushions. Luckily I do not own this.

I wish I had a support animal. I'd love a little dog or a lazy cat buy id also settle for a caged pet. Again, I can easily go without based on the accomodation requirements
