Hiya, my partner and I are currently looking at relocating from Yeppoon. We are both hard workers with my partner being a cabinet maker and I currently studying to be a nurse. Although we don’t have much rental history I can ensure you that we will be great tenants. We are fitness loving, home bodies that both play or do sports, one of my hoobies is AFL, which I used to play. We have been working towards being able to move here for quite so time. We have just finished a little adventure on moving to snow for the season, but have returned due to wanting more work and for my study. This has also made us realise we are ready for a place to build a life and routine. We would absolutely love to live in the city and would love for someone to take a chance on us as tenants.I will be working mornings, my partner working throughout most of the day Monday and Friday.

I believe what makes a good flatmate is someone who is respectful and mindful of the other people living in the house. I believe they are to pick up after themselves keep shared spaces and their own clean. To be kind and mindful of the other flatmates circumstances and working hours.
Food sharing and furniture
I believe it is easier to arrange our own food as we are a couple nor vegetarian or vegan but I am not the biggest fan of meat but I’m trying to eat more meat. I won’t have any living room furniture. I am just coming with hopefully my bedroom stuff if I can, we think that it’s respectful to keep your own food and stuff basically
