Hi, I'm 28 years old and having been working at the treasury for the past 3 years. I've had a few different roles since being there, but im currently working in food and beverage for the time being. On the 29th I relocated to the new star casino and I've been wanting to move closer to work to cut time off my commute. I'm pretty quite and reserved. I generally keep to myself predominantly. Moreso when im working through life's challenges. All I really ask for in a housemate is for my room to be my sanctuary, and to not be hassled for lack of a better word. I'm quite prone to stress and I've been craving a peaceful environment. I'm more than civil and happy to have dialogue to reach consensus on any matter pertaining to the housing situation. As long as I'm approached with courtesy and respect. Otherwise I just don't think It'd be a conducive environment for either party. Outside of that I'm quite easy going. One last thing I feel I should mention is that I'm prescribed medical cannabis, hence the listing of "Outside Smoker", which I'm more than happy to do outside if that's something that you aren't particularly fond of. Important personal qualities
I value peace above all else. And I reciprocate it. I'm quite happy to give you your own personal space and keep to myself if you'd prefer it. Honestly, I'm quite easy going outside of that. I just can't live in a place where I'm stressed and I have people consistently bothering or harassing me. As I said in my earlier description, I'm very civil and more than happy to engage in dialogue to reach a genuine consensus. As long as I'm treated with courtesy and respect. As for myself towards others, I follow the golden rule if that helps sum things up.
Food sharing and furniture
I'm used to arranging my own food. Ive had people I've lived with in the past who've gotten me in the habit of keeping away from their possessions. But if you have other preferences I'm happy to have a discussion about it! I'm not vegan or vegetarian. I do have some furniture but not all! Worst case I'm sure I can arrange something for self. Generally have in the past.
