Hello!
My name is Connor. I’m looking for a nice unfurnished room, preferably with a private or ensuite bathroom to call home. I'm 30, working full-time as a front-end developer with seven years in the industry. My job offers WFH flexibility which I do take advantage of. I love to cook fresh meals for lunch and get all my chores done on company time haha.
I’m quite active and really enjoy crossfit, running, indoor soccer, volleyball, and normal gym. I usually get up early (5ish) to workout and I’m in bed around 9pm, on weekdays at least. It would be great to live close to the Kedron Brook or other pathways for runs and walks. You’ll also catch me at pub trivia with my mates, going to movies, eating out, and just generally looking for excuses not to be bored at home.
While I do enjoy socializing I also value downtime and understand privacy, personal space, and piece & quiet.
I don’t have any pets or plans to get any, but I do absolutely love dogs and cats. I do some dog walking and house sitting (at the owners’ homes) on the side. I don’t mind if you have a pet.
I drive a Mazda 3, it would be nice to have off street parking, but not essential. I do have a fridge, washing machine, and tv with tv unit if they are needed, otherwise I can leave them with family. My move date is flexible and I don't have a deadline to fine a place.

Important personal qualities
I am looking for sociable housemates, who are always up for a chat. I am happy to cook communal meals sometimes, or go out for dinner as a group occasionally. I would prefer to live with people who like having drinks at the house and having mates over sometimes. I will definitely want to have BBQs in the summer and always the more the merrier.

In general I like to keep food and fridge/pantry space separate. Happy to contribute and cook shared dinners etc from time to time.
