My year of birth is 1986 that makes me 38. I am really in need of a new place. If I moved in I wouldn’t leave the room to often. I wake up around 9 each day and may go out often in the day time. But at night I like to stay at home and read in bed. I read and like to watch stuff. I try to sleep way before midnight. I don't have friends so they won't come around to visit. I just cook in my air fryer that I like to have in my room. And don't worry about dishes except for knife fork and spoon and just a few cups and cooking utensils. Because I like to use my own sugar cane bidegradable plates that I put in a recycle bin. I like to look after the earth. Just the bed and some other furnishings I will be needing and the mattress yes I can supply if there is not a good one. As I am really searching for a studio/1 bedder can you please only just reply if one of those is what you are offering.
Important personal qualities
I will always pay your rent on time on any day that suits you. I wont miss a day at all for the whole contract. I am honest and a great person. You can always trust me. I will never steal and I will look after all your stuff. I don’t bring anyone over for visits. I am not noisy. I always wash up and clean properly with all the right cleaning sprays with non harsh eco friendly cleaning sprays. I have all the right cleaning tools and chemicals so everything Is kept tidy. Yes this includes vacuum and floor cleaners.
Food sharing and furniture
I am vegetarian. I have my own food and I do shopping fortnightly with a little shopping in the middle of the fortnight. And I like to use only sugar cane plates and bowls that don't get washed up as they are biodegradable and get thrown out after first use. And I always look after the recycling. I am searching for a studio 1 bedder studio. I would like there to be furnishings. And I have my own stuff to decorate. And I can get a mattress that is a queen size. I would like to know in advance if that would need to be arranged and as I wouldn't be moving in until I can get my own. Which that does not take that long.
