Hello!

We are a couple looking for a cat friendly place to call home over the next little while. My partner Abby (32), Little Boy (11 but more in cat years) and I (32). We both work effectively full time. I am an environmental engineer working in the CBD typical 9-5 hours and Abby is a social worker who does shift work.

During the week we are pretty plugged in, spend most of our time working and exercising, relaxing in the evenings. On the weekend we like to do a bit of a mix of outdoor adventures (camping, hiking), indoor adventures (music and cultural stuff) and we are partial to outdoor multi-day music festivals on occasion. We have enjoyed taking our van out recently as we just finished an off-grid camper fit out for her (Betsy)

We are looking to share a space with welcoming and open people. We don't mind their ages, orientations, etc. We would love a place with a bit of shared time but also recognize that people need their own space as well. Good communication is key. We love hearing some music in the house every now and again, and don't mind small gatherings, but are not likely to be hosting any ourselves as we're new to Brisbane.

Little boy is an 11 year old ginger domestic short hair. He keeps to himself mostly, but if you're lucky he will steal your warmth, particularly if you are a food bringer. He is well trained, and is fine with the company of other cats and dogs as long as they aren't mean to him.

We would love to hear from you if you would like to know more. We're looking for somewhere which is located between Yeerongpilly and West End and as far east as Greenslopes.

The bedroom must be air-conditioned.

Friendly, open, respectful, clean, reliable.

Sharing meals is nice on occasion but we prefer to cook our own food most of the time.
