We are a couple, 29 and 31 years old, lawyer and builder. We are moving to Brisbane from Queenstown (NZ) on 20 January 2025 and looking for a house share or apartment to rent.

In our free time, we like to be outdoors, explore/travel, spend time with friends and grab a coffee. We are generally out and about and value living a healthy lifestyle (going to the gym, eating healthy). Emma is a yoga teacher and teaches the occasional class as a ‘side hustle’.
We value a routine of going to bed early/waking up early to make the most of the day/weekend. While we enjoy a the odd wine, we are certainly not party people.
If sharing a house, tidiness is impotent to us. I.e taking initiative to clean the house, clean dishes after cooking so the kitchen is always clean, taking turns taking out the rubbish, being respectful of using the fridge etc.
