Hi ,my name is Ben.
A bit about me as a tenant and in general-
I'm super considerate and clean and tidy as a roommate/tenant. I do not smoke or drink or party etc. I like to read, watch movies and docs, listen to music or do some drawing etc. I like my own space but always happy to say hi and have a chat too.
On the weekends I generally go to the beach or somewhere else in nature early. Otherwise, I'm out to see friends etc.
For work I currently am in landscape however this year I'm also taking part in after hours online study for design programmes for an intended path back into Signwriting as a career moving foward. I had done this in previous years however am wanting to upskill for this.
I have real estate, work and personal references also if need be? Also please see my old ad for a roommate at my previous property to get an idea of how I treat my home etc.
