Hi there,

I'm Justin, a 41-year-old single, masculine gay guy currently living in a shared house in Nundah with a retired housemate who is always at home. While I appreciate the company, I'm seeking more independence and am looking for a new place to live near or north of Brisbane.

Originally from Melbourne, I moved to Queensland at the start of 2020 and have spent time living on the Sunshine Coast. For the last six months, I’ve been working for an airline based at Brisbane Airport with standard working hours, typically Monday to Friday. On weekends, I generally head to the Sunshine Coast.

I'm keen on living part-time in Brisbane to enhance my social life, as the Sunshine Coast can feel a bit isolating for a single gay guy.

I'm clean, responsible, financially stable, and have a solid track record of paying rent on time. While I generally prefer living alone, I'm open to shared accommodation and won't have frequent guests.

I'm fairly flexible with the location, as I'm not very familiar with Brisbane, having only lived in Dutton Park for a couple of months during the peak of Covid. My move-in date is also flexible.

Ideally, I’m looking for gay male housemates around my age with common interests. I'm open to living with couples, but I'd prefer a maximum of four people in the house, including myself. Parking is a must, whether it’s on-site or reliable street parking.

I’d prefer to live with housemates who are employed and either work away from home or have steady outside commitments to ensure a good balance of independence and privacy.

I'm flexible on rental amounts based on the location, number of housemates, and parking availability.
