Hello,
We are Marieve 31, and my partner Yohan 33, a French couple.
We are looking for an ensuite room in share house or a studio/1b1b to rent in Brisbane from this January around, in or 25min by public transport max from CBD (Budget: 480 max with parking or 430 without parking and depending location).
It's a plus if their is a balcony or grass area :)
After living in Australia for five years, we’re relocating in Brisbane to be closer to my new studies.
Yohan has secured a full-time job as a forklift driver at ACFS Port Logistics (with who he previously worked) and can start immediately, while I’ll pursue kitchen and hospitality management studies in Greenwich College and hospitality work.
We are both friendly, active and big foodies and movies/music lovers.
Always happy to socialize, have shared meals, games or outdoor activities but we also appreciate our privacy and respect others'.
We are responsible, respectful and care to keep a clean, organized and harmonious space.
Currently looking for a place for at least the next six months we’ll be available in Brisbane from 13th January next week; if you think we’d be a good fit, we’d love to schedule a visit!
