I'm looking for good, calm, respectful and tidy housemates, just as I am. My main focus is my family, I have a 4 yr old daughter so I like bright spirits, kind souls, and caring companions. I don't drink alcohol nore smoke, and I will accept a non drug use and smoke free environment for her. I'm a very positive person, easy to get along with and talk to. I'm fair and like to stay on the same page with agreements, and cooperation in working together as a team so we're all happy.

I'm a healthy eater, but I don't have a special diet. I don't mind cooking for myself or for others at times, and I like the idea of communal BBQs. I'm happy to buy my own groceries, and make arrangements with my housemates for any type of contributions. I'm generous too.
